To place an order from our online store, simply browse through our products and add your chosen items to the cart. Once you’re ready to check out, fill in your contact and delivery details, then proceed to select your preferred payment method. We accept payments through E-Wallet (such as GCash or Maya, Grab Pay, Debit Card), or you can choose either Pick-Up or Cash on Delivery (COD) options.

If you select E-Wallet, you will be prompted to complete the payment during checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will automatically be processed for delivery. On the other hand, if you choose Pick-Up or COD, our team will call the phone number you provided to confirm your order. For Pick-Up orders, the confirmation call will include the schedule and location for collection. For COD, your order will only be prepared and delivered after the confirmation is completed.

Please make sure your contact number is active and correct, as failure to answer the confirmation call may result in delays or cancellation of your order. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately—changes are only possible before the order has been confirmed and processed. For E-Wallet payments, you will receive confirmation once the payment is successfully completed. For Pick-Up and COD orders, confirmation is completed through the phone call.

Our delivery turnaround time depends on your location:

• Luzon: 1–3 days

• Visayas: 3–5 days

• Mindanao: 5–7 days
